Petrochemical Industry
Resco has been manufacturing Refractories for FCCU’s since 1946. Their Rescocast and Sureflow range of Insulating and Erosion Resistant Materials are approved by all the major Oil & Engineering companies throughout the industry and are the market leaders in this field across the world.
Resco also supplies highly erosion resistant materials such as Rescobond AA-22S and RMax MP for applications where erosive conditions are at their worst. These two products are also used by manufacturers of cyclones and slide valves for both new and refurbished units.
Resco’s certified Quality Management system meets the requirements of ISO 9001; 2008, and all products are pre-shipment tested to ensure they meet the property requirements of the relevant licensors specification. Each order is manufactured new and delivered on time to meet turnaround deadlines.
Cement, Aluminium And Power Industries
Resco’s range of QuikTurn products does allow the material to take on its initial set and then apply the heat immediately, bringing the unit up to operating temperature without any timely holds.
Manufactured in a range of medium to high aluminas and a range of silicon carbides these products can be installed by either vibrocasting, gunning or pumpcasting and can save two to three days of production time over conventional products. Their huge successes are in the Cement industry with firing hoods, burner pipes, cooler walls and floors and nose rings. Aluminium holding and melting furnace walls, roofs, sills, lintels and filter boxes. Domestic and medical waste incinerators sidewalls, floors burners and roofs and boiler tubes and sidewalls. These products are extremely successful throughout Europe, Asia, Canada, Middle East and USA, allowing end users to save time and money.
