Platforms: Prodigy®

Prodigy is a highly scalable hardware platform that can be deployed as a simplex small I/O system for controlling auxiliary machines to a duplex large I/O system for controlling a gas turbine driven compressor. In addition to supporting the field-proven standard control applications, Prodigy also supports custom logic programming by user based on IEC 61131-3 standards. This eliminates the need to have a separate PLC for sequencing and auxiliary control purposes – simplifying the solution architecture and saving space.

Series 5 Vanguard

Series 5 Vanguard® is a modular, open-architecture turbomachinery control system for advanced process control. Series 5 Vanguard controllers use a fully deterministic multitasking operating system. Advanced control applications are implemented, including anti-surge controls and load-sharing, gas and steam turbines, extraction, etc. Windows-based TrainTools® package provides a comprehensive interface for plant operating, programming, and project engineering.

Series 3++

Series 3++ controllers are designed to be the perfect choice for replacing existing Series II, Series 3, and Series 3 Plus single-loop controllers. By packing the state-of-the-art electronics and updated operator interface in the same physical form factor as Series 3 Plus, it provides a seamless upgrade path for the existing systems.

Traintools® And Trainview®

TrainTools® is a suite of PC applications used to configure, operate, and monitor CCC turbomachinery control systems. The software comes in multiple package options and can be delivered on various form-factors to adapt to your specific operation needs. TrainView® operator HMI software is a part of TrainTools® that enables customers to interact with CCC control systems through its intuitive graphical user interface.
