Gas Compression and Vapour Recovery Units

Since 1980, AEREON-Jordan Technologies have designed, manufactured and serviced VRUs. Aereon-Jordan Technologies is the number one name in the design, manufacture and services of vapor recovery units (VRUs) for liquid loading operations and vent gas management. Aereon-Jordan Technologies branded VRUs recover a variety of VOCs in truck, rail, marine and tank breathing applications, as well as in oil and gas production.

Wellhead Gas Compression System

AEREON offers their own WILDCAT natural gas compression systems for wellhead applications as rental or lease equipment. Through testing, they can identify flow improvement up front and determine the appropriate standard system for your gas compression and budgetary needs.

AEREON’s gas compression systems have been used successfully for many years. Systems installed on coal bed methane wells, gas wells and oil wells have generated increases in sustained production with an average payback of less than three months. Their customers have seen production increases between 50 and 200%.

Enclosed Combustion Systems

Enclosed combustion systems are designed to safely burn vapors, control airflow and help reduce fuel costs, while operating in a temperature-controlled chamber which improves destruction efficiency and eliminates visible flames. AEREON offers vapor combustion units (VCUs), patented ultra-low emissions devices and several types of thermal oxidizers.

Thermal Oxidation/Incineration Systems

AEREON offers a complete product line of Thermal Oxidation/Incineration Systems including Direct-Fired, Recuperative, Regenerative, Catalytic, Tail Gas and Halogenated Thermal Oxidizers. AEREON use only the best quality components and materials for all of our thermal oxidizers/incinerators to help eliminate unnecessary downtime and to maximize the life of the product.

Ultra-Low Emissions Systems

AEREON offers a complete product line of Ultra-Low Emission Burners that are devices unlike any other in the market. It utilizes proprietary premixed surface combustion technology to burn VOC-laden waste gases.
