CCC’s installation of Prodigy® Duplex System, Czechia

During a refinery overhaul for our customer ORLEN Unipetrol in Litvinov, Czechia, a revamp of the AEG turbine was required. This involved Dawcul working with the Czech Siemens branch to supply the latest innovative antisurge Prodigy® Duplex System on behalf of partner Compressor Controls Corporation.

Prodigy® is the new industry standard for turbomachinery control platforms, designed to reduce total lifecycle cost, optimise production throughput, and reduce maintenance costs. The installation was a successful part of wider investment into the refinery which is due for completion by the end of this month.

Client visit for Omega Separations’ installation

On Thursday, June 20th, we had the pleasure of hosting BezoService from Slovakia at the Omega Separations production facility in Belgium.

During the visit, the BezoService team had an in-depth look at the production process and engaged in valuable discussions about maintenance, installation, and product longevity with our expert, John Gysen.

Highlight of the visit? They inspected the newly completed demister and were thrilled with its superior quality and reinforced structure. BezoService even confirmed that Omega’s demister outshines the current one they use, produced by a German competitor.
