July has been an extremely busy month for the whole team at Dawcul, especially in helping our customers with orders, and planning future projects. There has still been time for site visits, training, and forging a new partnership with an environmental cleantech company in Finland.
Plus, take a peek at our new-look partner profile datasheets, available for download from our partner pages.
European agents sales conference Moldova
Dawcul’s territory managers from Lithuania, Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, and Bulgaria all gathered in Chisinau, Moldova, alongside our Company Directors, Tomasz Milewski and James Bovill, for the Circor (Tapco Enpro/Delta Valve) European Agents Sales Conference.
This event provided an invaluable opportunity to gain comprehensive technical updates on Circor’s equipment and service offerings for Delayed Coking Units (DCU) and Fluidised Catalytic Cracking Units (FCCU). The conference included intensive sales training and productive meetings, equipping our team with the latest knowledge and strategies.
To conclude the event, the delegation enjoyed a delightful afternoon of wine tasting at the renowned Cricova wine cellars. Known for its 120 kilometers of underground tunnels, Cricova is home to some of the region’s most celebrated wines.
Owatec’s international market expansion reaches Central and Eastern Europe
Earlier this month, our CEO James Bovill and Baltic States Area Manager Arijus Skarbalius had the privilege of visiting Owatec Group Oy in Oulu, Finland, thanks to our esteemed colleagues at Sulzer.
Owatec, located 620 km north of Helsinki, is revolutionising industrial wastewater and sludge treatment with cutting-edge cleantech solutions housed in shipping containers. This innovative company serves key Finnish industries like Food Processing, Pulp & Paper, and Biofuels.
We’re thrilled to announce that Dawcul is spearheading Owatec’s international market expansion in Central and Eastern Europe—and possibly even further! This is an important partnership for Dawcul, working alongside Sulzer and Owatec in the advancement of environmental cleantech.
Site visit for Gas Turbine overhaul and testing
On Wednesday, July 17th, Centrax Gas Turbines and Dawcul Ltd had the pleasure of hosting the INA Croatia team at their plant in Newton Abbot, UK. They joined us to inspect and witness the overhaul and testing of their ASP 942 Gas Turbine (Industrial 501-k) engine, straight from the Molve site in Croatia, after an impressive 33,000 hours of continuous electricity production!
We’re thrilled to report that the inspection was a success, and the engine is set to return to Croatia in early August.
The Industrial 501-k gas turbine engine is widely used across many industrial applications, but is better recognised as an aero-derived engine for the hugely reliable and durable Lockheed Martin C-130 Hercules Transport plane.
New product datasheets to support Dawcul customers
July saw the launch of newly revised product datasheets in co-operation with our partners. This is an ongoing project to bring together a complete portfolio of more detailed product information with the latest specifications for all of our partners. These are available for download from each of our partner pages, and are already proving popular with over 40 downloads just this month alone.
