Owatec Pre-step Filter

Owatec Pre is a pre-treatment unit in a 20ft sea container that separates large solid particles before the actual water treatment. Pre-treatment increases the reliability of the equipment.

Reducing the use of chemicals enables circular economy practices, such as recovering nutrients from water and further processing them into animal feed or fertilizer.

Owatec Air – aeration and biological treatment

Owatec air is an aeration unit in a 40ft sea container that enhances the biological treatment phase of wastewater, significantly reducing wastewater emissions.

Owatec Floc Pipereactor chemical treatment

Owatec Floc Pipereactoris a space-saving pipe reactor designed for wastewater chemical treatment. It can enhance existing water treatment systems or be integrated into a wastewater treatment plant.

Solids removal

Owatec DAF flotation

Owatec DAF is a flotation unit in a 20 or 40 ft sea container that efficiently separates solids and other impurities from wastewater. Solid separation achieves up to 98% efficiency with micro and nanobubble feeding.

With efficient flotation, the water treatment plant can achieve up to 25% savings per year. The solution supports water treatment and resource recovery in line with circular economy principles.

Owatec Lamella

Owatec Lamella is a sedimentation unit in a 20 or 40ft sea container that efficiently separates solids through sedimentation.

Owatec Compact

Owatec Compact is a compact water treatment plant inside a single container, which turns wastewater into useful resources even for smaller needs. It includes the necessary technology for chemical treatment, solid separation, and sludge drying.

Sludge Dewatering

By separating water from sludge before transporting it to the final disposal site, costly and environmentally burdening logistics can be avoided.
